Recently, Obama said he wouldn’t follow the tradition of leaving D.C. immediately after the end of his term. The Obamas plan on staying at least until Sasha finishes high school.
But everyone wants to know where they’ll be leaving after they do leave Washington D.C.
Yesterday, it was revealed that they’ll be staying in a neighborhood called Kalorama, and the house they’re settling in is a four-story mansion with eight bedrooms and 9.5 baths.
Check it out below:
“After 8 comfy years at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C., the Obama family will soon be leaving the White House for a new home. Barack and Michelle Obama have chosen to stay in Washington D.C. until Sasha, the Obama’s youngest daughter (15), finishes high school. For months there was speculation about where in The District the Obama family would wind up but recently news broke that Barack and his family would be leaving the White House for a neighborhood called Kalorama.
Photographs of the Obama’s new stunning home have been circulating throughout the Internet and I have to say that this is a truly gorgeous home, one that any American would be incredibly lucky to live in. Sure, it’s no White House but that house has term limits and Obama’s time is up. As I said before, anyone alive would be fortunate to live in such a stunning house. Obama’s new home has that gorgeous architecture you only see in and around D.C., and I’m sure they’ll love living together in that home for years.”
