Comic turned politician Kato Lubwama was the talk of court despite Lady Justice Oguli dismissing his appeal with costs.
The Rubaga South MP Lubwama had appealed for an extension of time to file his defence before High Court.
The legislator slipped into a tight-fitting black suit, white shirt and a red tie matched with a red ribbon.
His supporters in court were overheard hailing him for the change.
Lubwama's lawyer Asuman Basalirwa told journalists he is expected to move to court of appeal.
However, Justice Oguli said the law bars aggrieved litigants from filing appeals against interim applications arising out of election matters.
