Uganda Cranes kick off the CHAN tournament tomorrow against Zambian national team, the Chipolopolo at Stade de Marrakech, Ouahat Sidi Brahim in the city of Marrakech.

The magnificent stadium with a capacity of 45,240 fans will be host to all the Group B matches.

The Cranes official training session today lasted Exactly one hour but there will be another one tomorrow at 6pm Local time (9pm EAST) at a venue to be allocated by the Local Organizing Committee.

SC Vipers goalkeeper, Ismail Watenga will miss the opening game against Zambia due to suspension. Watenga picked two yellow cards in the two qualifying games against Rwanda last year. Two yellow or a direct red card means a player is suspended for the next game.

All the 23 players were involved in the session monitored by the entire technical team.

We are ready for the tournament. The attitude showed during training is what we need on Sunday. Let’s not relax. We have an important match to start with and we must get good results” Sebastien told his players after the training session.
