Uganda Cranes play Namibia tonight in second match of Group B encounter at Grand Stade stadium in Marrakech tonight.
Cranes lost the opening match against Zambia and must win tonight’s game if they are to improve on their chances of progressing from the group stage.
Ismael Watenga who missed Zambia game, returns from suspension but KCCA FC Striker Muhammad Shaban is will miss the match after sustaining an ankle injury in training.
Head Coach Desabre is optimistic of pocketing three points from Namibia clash.
“Nothing is impossible in football. I believe you all know what is expected of us on Thursday” Desabre said after the training on Tuesday held at the outer pitch of the Grand Stade Marrakech.
‘We created many chances in the first half against Zambia but never utilized them well. We are planning well for our next crucial match” Desabre added.
Cranes are participating in 4th edition of CHAN but have never progressed from the group stage.
