Jose Chamili’s ziki may not be frequently played on West African TV’s compared to his counterparts like Eddy Kenzo and Bebe Cool, but one of the leading Television channels in Africa, MTV Base Africa have shown some love to the Legendary star by appreciating and acknowledging his wonderful work done for African entertainment industry ever since he rose to fame.
“General Chameleone we salute your contribution to the game”, MTV Base’s post on their official Instagram account reads.
It’s evidently a dream for almost every African artist’s ziki to be played on MTV Base as it is perhaps a yard stick to gage an artist’s success. On hearing about the good news, as any other artist could do, Chamili took to his Facebook page to brag.
He posted: “The year 2018 begun long time ago, don’t be late always be on time. Time is the master of all Achievement. Have a great day my dear Friends # Champion.”
