African football governing body, Confederation of African Football Associations (CAF) wrote to FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson and confirmed that KCCA FC’s home ground, Startimes Stadium and SC Vipers’ pitch, St. Marys Stadium will not be allowed to host continental matches.

St. Mary’s and Startimes stadiums hosted continental games last season but CAF inspectors declared them unfit after inspection and issued a directive that KCCA FC should host their games at average Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.

KCCA FC are seeded in group A of the CAF Champions league with Esperance (Tunisia), Al Ahly (Egypt) and Township Rollers (Botswana).
