Following the successful completion of the regular season for the 2017/18 FUFA Big league, the play offs will be played at Star Times Stadium, Lugogo on Thursday, 17th May 2018 while the finals at Mandela National stadium Namboole on Saturday 19th May 2018.
The FUFA Competitions Department has confirmed the dates for the Big League players 2017/18 season.
With Nyamityobora FC and Ndejje University already qualified to the Uganda premier League for next season, one more team will make it through the play offs.
‘We are ready for this crucial stage to determine the 3rd team for the top flight next season. We want to organize a flawless event’ said FUFA Competitions Director Hajjati Aisha Nalule.
The play off fixtures on Thursday 17th May 2018;
1.30pm Paidha Black Angels FC vs Kabale Sharp FC
4pm Kitara FC vs Kyetume FC
Final will be played at Namboole
1.30pm Playoff fine: Winner Paidha Black Angels FC/Kabale Sharp vs Winner Kitara FC/Kyetume FC
4pm: Championship match: Nyamityobora FC vs Ndejje University FC
