Rachael also confirmed her departure with a Facebook post!
“As a-man-gad would say, 7 is the number of completion. Touch your neighbour and say kamplishon!!! Today, after a wonderful 7 years at what has become my second home, I do my final bulletin at this awesome media house. At the time I joined NTV, aside from being excited about being on TV, I had no idea how much my life would change, the random strangers that met me on the street and said hello, the “I think I have seen you somewhere stares”, the many doors and opportunities that have opened up for me, I could go on and on..point is I’m grateful for all of it and for each one of you who has sent a supportive text or appreciated what I do. Thank you! Mwebare!”
With former NTV news editor, Maurice Mugisha rumoured to be joining UBC TV, sources claim she could be headed for the same direction.
