Busoga United attacking midfielder Boban Zirintusa Bogere has completed a move to Tanzania Premier League side Mtibwa Sugar.

Zirintusa has signed a contract of 18 months with the Tanzanian side.

The move sees him return to the side where he played 44 games and netted 16 goals from 2009-2013.

He joins Joel Madondo who also left Busoga United earlier in this transfer window for Moroccan giants Wydad Casablanca.

Zirintusa has been Busoga United’s top scorer this campaign with six goals.

Boban Zirintusa has previously featured at Sc Villa, Vipers, Build on(Zambia), Mohun Bagan(Ethiopia), Polokwane(SouthAfrica) and Simba of Tanzania.

Zirintusa has joined other Ugandans who trade their football in Tanzania who include Nicholas Wadada(Azam), Seiri Arigumaho(Singida United) and Jackson Kibirige(Kagera Sugar).

Boban’s new home Mtibwa are currently 10th on the Tanzanian Premier League table with 22 points and Zirintusa is most likely to make his debut against Azam Fc on Wednesday 29th January.
