Afande Muhammad Kirumira is finished!
Police chief Gen. Kale Kayihura has moved on to drop Kirumira as DPC Buyende.
Communicating the sacking Thursday evening, police spokesman Emilian Kayima told the media that the officer who took on the police leadership head on has been replaced by ASSP Edgar Akankwasa.
Kayima revealed that the appointment takes immediate effect.
He said Kirumira will report to court from police cells on February 6.
Kayima urged the public not be sympathetic with the officer for defying the force by coming out on facebook to decry the unfairness in the force and then went to announce his resignation.
