Veteran politician Jaberi Bidandi Ssali, the founder and chairman of People’s Progressive Party has called for unity and reconciliation in the country.
Mr. Bidandi who is also Bebe Cool’s dad strongly rebukes the on going violence, hateful speech and lies which he says are doing more harm than good.
“…we don’t to do with anything like violence because this country has had enough of it ever since the 60’s.” Bidandi opened up before adding;
“..it is high time we real lined as people of Uganda the essence of leadership from violence…because its us Ugandans to bring ourselves out of the quagmire. Lets work towards forgetting the past and reconcile”.
Unlike him, his son Bebe still believes in ‘no change’ and he once snubbed him when he contested for presidency in 2011. Bidandi Sali Previously served as Minister for Local Government from 1989 to 2004.
