No doubt its next to impossible to find an artist with the deceased Goodlyf star, Mowzey Radio’s talent. The skinny music icon, could sketch lyrics out of anything around him and immaculately sing about it. His vocal prowess has been next to none; not even King Saha could do the magic Radio was doing both in studio and performance wise apart from sounding like him.
He together with Wizzo wrote a well-documented story and legacy in music that will be talked about for generations, trust me. However, leaving his singing partner Wizzo in search a jeopardy and grief is something to think about. True, Wizzo Manizo will feel the heat indeed but obvious if you ask me in my sober mind if the ragamuffin rapper will cope and pace with other established artists, I will tell you he will prove every critic wrong and stay relevant being the fact that Wizzo started his career alone, with the help of his Legendary star Chamili.
He did songs like ‘Kankutwale’,Whine up, Bomboclat and he is the one who wrote Chamili’s ‘Dorotia’ hit song .Critics have written him off but Wizzo has a ‘Solomon mind’ and he can adjust and use it with the experience he got (Roughly 12 years in the game).
What next:
Just to remind you that the step he took 11 years ago of snubbing his big bro Chamili’s Leone Island camp at a young age is enough to prove to you that Wizzo has been a risk taker and ready for new Challenges. That step is not for the weak but rather the bold ones! Today we take you through those Artists that Wizzo can team up with and still stands out pretty well.
King Saha;
It’s in plain sight that Saha sounds like Radio. The former Leone Island soldier not only have the same footsteps ( all passed through Chamili’s mentorship) with the deceased but has also gotten a strong voice, talent and experience to team up with Wizzo if need be. Their voice put together can work magic.
David Lutalo;
Yes, Lutalo is categorized by music critics to be a ‘kadogo kamu’ artist but the guy who hails from Luwero has got so much to offer. He is also undoubtedly lyrically rich, with a magical voice and talent that makes babes go wild. Lutalo is locally established but has for long wished to go international, doing collabos with Nigerians but all in vain.
If you spice his sweet voice with Wizzo’s hardcore dancehall voice, perhaps fans will stop yearning for anything else. Trust me this match can go places.
Maro;
Maro is a talented artist but his career has been on and off, failing to hit the much needed ground. With the R n B urban touch the Kyabazinga’s man has, if they hit studios with Wizzo something extra ordinary can come out.
Maro has the female fans and Wizzo still has the loyal Good Lyf army that can push their projects and mint money out Ugandan market and beyond.
Chamili and Pallaso;
These two artistes can save their brother, Wizzo any time at any cost. No doubt, Chamili is regarded as the greatest artist to have graced not only UG but also East African entertainment industry; Diamond Platinumz also acknowledged it in a TV interview.
Now to be rated highly, I don’t think Chamili could fail to come up with an idea to form a family music band just to help out a brother. They have a studio and Chamili is a good producer too (He produced himself almost all the hits while launching his career). Believe me this can greatly work out a great deal.
Irene Ntale;
It’s on record, Irene Ntale is among the talented and versatile female artistes with a sweet voice. She has ballads that are loved by all genders. Ntale and Wizzo can do something lovable by the fans world over and even scoop international awards together. Their voices combined are too unique and if put to good use, expect magic.
Remember the reggae song ‘Love Letter’ she did with Bebe a few years back, it gives you a clear picture of what am fussing about. Bebe and Wizzo’s voices are kind of similar. If they happen to have good song writers, you expect nothing else but fire!.
Those who are writing off Wizzo, you are doing so at your own loss!
