Zambia Premier League club Buildcon Football Club have released 16 players including 2 Uganda Cranes starlets, Isaac Isinde & Boban Zirintusa Bogere.
Isinde had joined the Zambian top flight on a year deal after being released by Ethiopian outfit, St. George while, midfielder Boban Zirintusa Bogere had joined on free transfer from South African side Polokwane City Football Club.
Boban Zirintusa Bogere after completing his 7-month deal, he isgned for Ethiopian club, Coffee.
The other players released by Buildcon are; Mustapha Esuma, David Small Boy, Raphael Makubali, Didier Muzembe, Scott Ngokene, Jonas Sakuwaha, Patient Mwepu, Chavda Maisha, Ekanga Narscisse, Belchance Makiense, Omari Kipuki, Gift Sakuwaha, Akakubelwa Mwachiaba and former Zambian international Emmanuel Mayuka.
Uganda Cranes center forward Geoffrey Sserunkuma as well as former KCCA teammate Sulaimon Akinyemi (Nigerian) are both retained at Buildcon.
Joseph Ochaya remains at Lusaka Dynamos as striker Herman Wasswa Nteza returned home to join Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club.
The other Ugandan who was in Zambia but has since returned home is Zesco United’s Davis Kasirye (on loan at SC Villa Jogoo).
