Opposition leader Dr. Kiiza Besigye shared a smile with Erias Lukwago besides bedridden Mukono Municipality MP Betty Namooze Bakireke at Kiruddu Hospital.
Nambooze was rushed to the government facility located on Salaama Road in Makindye, Kampala after she was reported to have gotten ill in detention.
Dr. Besigye, Lukwago and Veronica Nanyondo Bukomansimbi MP paid Nambooze a visit Monday at Kiruddu Hospital where she is admitted.
The former Presidential candidate was pictured sharing a smile with the Lord Mayor and Nanyondo with the Mukono Municipality MP stuck in her hospital bed.
Dr. Besigye has urged the government to free Nambooze so that she can fly out of the country for specialized treatment.
