6-time league champions, Express FC have completed the signing of striker, Tony Odur from Vipers SC. Odur returns to Express FC for the third stint having played for the 10-time Uganda Cup winners from 2003-2006 and 2009-2010.

His return to “Mukwano Gwa’bangi” ends speculations that have been linking him to KCCA FC. Botswana premier side Galaxy coached by former Vipers SC head coach, Miguel Da Costa tried to sign him last month but the deal collapsed.
Odur has previously played for a number of teams; Express FC, Brabrand IF (Denmark), KCCA FC, Nkana Red Devils (Zambia) and Vipers SC.

Meanwhile, Express has also agreed terms with Burundian national team goalkeeper Fabien Mutombora from Burundian giants Lydia Ludic Burundi Académic Football Club.
They have also acquired former player Ibrahim Kayiwa, Isaac Mutanga and John Lavia from Congolese side, Bukavu.
Express FC are under new management led by prominent lawyer, Kiryowa “K.K” Kiwanuka who announced his takeover this month.
