All was set for legislator Robert Kyagulanyi a.k.a Bobi Wine to board the next plane to the US for specialized treatment until Police received instructions from above to have him blocked and returned to kirudu Hospital.

Although Bobi Wine had received clearance  from the court to travel and a medical report from Lubaga Hospital recommending urgent medical treatment abroad, the Police didn’t hesitate blocking his scheduled flight and whisked him to Kirudu Hospital.

According to Bobi Wine’s wife Barbie Kyagulanyi, the ailing legislator was again brutally beaten in front of a government doctor. ’’He told me that as soon as they closed the ambulance doors, he was again brutally beaten in front of a government doctor. They switched off the lights in the ambulance and started battering him! Bobi is now back in pain and he is dumped at Kirudu hospital.
