A bubbly young Chinese girl with a bouquet of flowers welcomed President Yoweri Museveni alongside wife Janet Museveni into Beijing, China Sunday afternoon.
President Museveni is in the Chinese capital for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
According to the President’s media team, discussions will focus on strengthening China-Africa relations in a win-win format.
President Museveni was received by senior Chinese delegation and Uganda’s ambassador to the Asian country Dr. Crispus Kiyonga.
Also in China with the President is Sam Kutesa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
