Major General Kasirye Gwanga has added his voice on Bobi Wine.
Gen. Kasirye Gwanga hailed Bobi Wine as a ‘good man and very smart’ but go on to dash his chances against President Yoweri Museveni.
Bobi Wine real name Robert Kyagulanyi is the MP for Kyadondo East and has flown to the US to treatment after encountering a deadly exchange with security in Arua following chaotic by elections.
In an interview with NBS TV, the flamboyant soldier, hailed: “We have come a long way. He is a good man and very smart. They are messing with Kyagulanyi, he is like Kasirye Ggwanga, he sizes you up and he takes his time…”
