Salaamu Musumba has blasted former leader of opposition Winnie Kiiza for joining Gen. Mugisha Muntu’s New Formation.

Gen. Muntu officially declared his departure from the leading opposition party the FDC Thursday.

When asked in a live political talkshow on NBS TV, Salaamu Musumba FDC leader weighed in on: “If the leader of the opposition was still the leader of the opposition, she wouldn’t have acted this way.”

Salaamu attacked Kiiza: “I want to measure someone’s conviction to be a leader by being tried through the hard times, lose an election and be tested through the fire, and I can tell you she has failed that test.”
