Bobi Wine real name Robert Kyagulanyi has tasked the State to present necessary evidence to back up their accusations against him and 32 others during the chaos in Arua by-election.
President Museveni’s convoy was said to have been stoned leaving one of the car’s behind window shattered on the eve of the by-election on August13.
Bobi Wine who appeared in Gulu Magistrates’ Court through his lawyer Asuman Basalirwa tasked the State to avail the said vehicle in Court.
The Kyadondo East MP appeared with Paul Mwiru, Kasiano Wadri and over 30 others accused.
The magistrate adjourned court to December 3 to give the State time to respond to the musician turned politician.
