Maroons Vs Express – Prisons Grounds, Luzira
George ‘Best’ Nsimbe, Herman Wasswa and David Obua turn guns against former bosses as Maroons host Express at Prisons Ground, Luzira.
The trio has previously been at the Wankulukuku side with Nsimbe part of the team that saved the Red Eagles from relegation last season while Obua was part of the strong side that vied for titles in the early 2000s.
Both sides come into the game on the back of victories with Maroons winning 3-2 at Ndejje University while Express beat visiting Nyamityobora 2-1 at Wankulukuku.
The six time champions will rely on Michael Birungi, Eric Kambale, Badru Nsubuga and the returning Tonny Odur while the hosts will hope Rashid Agau, Solomon Walusimbi and Seif Batte don goal scoring boots.
Defender, Arthur Kiggundu remains a doubt for the visitors but Mubarak Nsubuga and Isaac Mutanga are back and available for selection.
Last season, the corresponding fixture ended in a 1-1 draw
