Father Gaetano Batanyenda of Kitanga Parish in Kabale Diocese thinks star singer cum politician Hon. Bad Bobi Wine is a ‘political prophet’ sent by God to lead the country into the promised land.
In his latest interview, the motormouth Man of God has likened Bobi to John Baptist, the anointed man who Baptized Jesus Christ.
“Many prophets including the messiah were not welcomed in their communities. Even President Museveni when he first came to us, he was a young Bobi Wine and we rejected him. He has told nothing else but the truth about this regime. He is a prophet who has come to save us. When I saw him, I took off my hat for him because he is doing a courageous thing,” Father Gaetano smeared honey on the people power cult hero.
Meanwhile, a few days back Bobi Wine revealed in an interview with CNN that he and his team are seriously considering to challenge Sevo in the next presidential elections.
“..many people have been calling to stand…we have been discussing this issue with my team… and i must say …we are seriously considering challenging President Museveni” in the 2021 elections.”, he said.
