Police has said that the body of its deceased Senior Police Officer Christine Alalo who died on Ethiopian airlines crash recently has not been found.

In a press briefing, the spokesperson of the law enforcement body CP Fred Enanga told journalists that the team that was dispatched last week to help in identification of the body returned over the weekend bare handed.

Enanga however announced that police will hold a memorial service at All saints Cathedral tomorrow to pray for the soul of the fallen officer and pay their last respect.

According to police, later today, a vigil has been organized at the residence of the late police officer in Seeta where several office.

Meanwhile , Okello James , the elder bother to the late Alalo thanks the entire nation, AMISOM, and the African Union for standing with them in this trying moment.

Alalo was among the 157 passengers and crew who perished aboard the Ethiopian Airlines plane, which crashed shortly after takeoff in Addis Ababa on Sunday, a fortnight ago.

At the time of her death, Alalo was working as AMISOM acting police commissioner and was travelling from Italy to Mogadishu when the accident occurred.
