Mbarara, known as the land of milk and honey, has traditionally used an iconic Ankole long horned cow, a milk producer’s statue as you enter it (Amahembe Gente). But with users dismissing the artistry new monument erected by Airtel Uganda, one user equated it to “fallopian tubes”
Authorities are yet to respond to the numerous cries and complaints about the new monument.
Does Mbarara Municipality have a PR team? They need to handle this negative "noise" about the 'cow' smartly. People are mad. pic.twitter.com/xDzbbcqZkh

Some people have however welcomed and appreciated the new look;
Okay noise a side, that thing looks cool though the cow should be installed again also

Would you first of all take time and listen to why they opted for those developments? I imagine it wasn't a one day thing. The council sat through it, procured design and construction services and boom here we are.
