Ruparelia Group already owns a string of hotels, country clubs and more than 200 commercial properties in Uganda.
The latest info that has landed our desk indicates that the Group has opened yet another commercial property known as Kingdom Kampala Mall.
The Opening of the Mall was officiated by Jyotsna Ruparelia and son Rajiv Ruparelia, who is the Managing Director of Crane Management Services.
This multi billion mall is located between three main roads; Nile Avenue, Yusuf Lule Road and Dewinton Road to the northeast of Central Business District of Kampala.
At the grand opening, while addressing guests, Rajiv revealed that the building has been opened at “a strategic” time when Uganda’s oil sector is booming, noting that it will offer office space to the sector as well as others.
Inside the twelve floored multi-billion and multipurpose complex there’s a 200 bedroom 4 Star Hotel, 22,000 square meter office space and rentable space, parking for up to 450 cars, Sprinkler fire suppression system, 400 CCTVs for security, three backup generators and six Lifts with combined 72- passenger capacity
