Barbie Kyagulanyi is the wife of celebrated pop-star cum opposition honcho Hon Bad Bobi Wine who is now giving the ruling government sleepless nights on how to tame his strong people power wave.
The 33-year-old has been a symbol of hope for her family, a role model to many babes out there who wish to mold their bonk-mates into a Bobi like partner.
She has over the years manifested the real strength of a woman like how Jamaican legendary star, Shaggy sung in one of his inspirational jams, ‘Strength Of A Woman’.

*Bobi Wine is the husband she prayed and fasted for;
While at Bweranyagi Girls School, Barbie and her pals used to fast and pray for heaven sent life partners because they believed they were already ripe.
“We imagined that we would leave high school and of course get married. Having a good man nearby was a great idea and a dream”.
After Bobi Wine launched his manifesto, Barbie says she saw; “all qualities I used to pray and fast for”.
*Her First cut
Bobi is Barbie Kagulanyi’s first cut. When she first met Bobi Wine, she had never been in a relationship with any other man.
“I had never been in a relationship with anyone before him,” Barbie Kyagulanyi said in an interview with New Vision in 2011.
Barbie says she realised Bobi Wine was serious about the whole relationship, seven months after meeting.
*Mother of four
The 33-year-old is a mother of four; Shadraq Shilling Mbogo Kyagulanyi, Shalom Namagembe Kyagulanyi, Solomon Kampala Nyanzi Kyagulanyi and Suubi Shine Nakaayi Kyagulanyi.
*Philanthropist
Barbie Kyagulanyi is the founder of Caring Hearts Uganda. A non-profit organisation that empowers and raises the standards of youths through promotion of sustainable development, life-long education and entrepreneurship skills.
The organisation has been running since 2013. Bobi Wine is its patron. For 6 years now, they have participated in several activities, including menstrual hygiene training, reusable sanitary pads making among others.
