in 1990s, Deejays were second to musicians in the entertainment industry- in fact some deejays were far much bigger than artistes and likes of Rasta Rob MC took central Uganda by storm!
Working on CBS and as a Deejay, Robert Ogwal a.k.a Rasta Rob MC combed towns; Jinja, Kampala, Masaka, Entebbe and the famous beaches at time; Nabugabo, Lido etc and every slay queen by then was yearning to hang out with him.
The famous guy at a time didn’t disappoint and exploited the opportunity to feast on the famous slay queens; Zari, Vivianne Mbuga, Sylvia Owori’s sister, Susan and many more.
He narrated how he got Zari and the rest babes that followed.
I met Zari in 1995 at Jinja Sailing Club where I used to Deejaay. She was about 18 and extremely beautiful. I got her from Jinja and brought her to Kampala, however, she became very wild on getting to Kampala….. We seperated after 3years. Shortly after the seperation, I dated Vivian, the now embattled wife of SK Mbuga….before I hooked Sylivia Owori’s kid sister, Suzan Owori.
