It is no longer news that the once fast rising local rapper Walukagga Shafiq popularly known as Fik Fameica quickly went down the drain after registering a flopped concert at Kyadondo rugby grounds.

Fik Fameica’s hugely debated down fall was not up to the quality of music he released immediately after the flopped show but rather the fact that Ugandans don’t want to associate themselves with failure.

Had Fik registered a successful show at Kyadondo he would perhaps be still among the top 5 trending musicians in Ugandans but the flopped concert failed his fans and people who believed in him.

Perhaps after realizing his mistakes the talented rapper immediately fired his astute manager Karma Ivan

Fik then embarked on a slow recovery process than just trying to out rightly force himself back into the number one position.

As it was evidenced last year the ‘Mafia’ hit maker had only two fairly good songs in ‘Omu Bwati’ a love tune featuring Nigerian Super star Patorankings and ‘Tell me’ a unique love jam slightly different from the songs we are used of him

Without giving up the mission to rise to the top ,Fik has continued to harness his recovery and this can be seen from the way he has dropped another killer love tune in the names of ‘Muko’ early this week.

And if the self titled ‘Mafia’ hit maker continues at this pace which shall soon be able to enjoy our old swagged up Fik Fameica
