President Yoweri Museveni has ordered slayers off Kampala roads.

Kampala slaying chics and guys had taken to showing off in expensive sports wear on Kampala roads claiming they are killing boredom by walking and running in big groups.

President Museveni revealed in a national address at State House that he received a petition from the public about the rising activity on city roads.

The President said: “The other day I saw a video a huge mass of people on the Northern bypass that they are exercising, exercise in your house. Tomorrow I will make a video to show you how to exercise indoors. That’s how I survive.”

Museveni tipped: “You can run laps in your house. You must have discipline you people. Stop this carefree type of life. There should be No Exercising in public. I saw the British struggling with their people that they are sunbathing.”
