Young tycoon and business mogul, Hamis Kigundu must be regretting why he decided to build his home at the shores of lake Victoria.

Fresh info coming through indicates that his crib estimated at 5 billion shillings has been partly swallowed by water from the East Africa’s biggest fresh lake.

Apparently, the untamed water has destroyed property in the house worth millions of money. The said house was constructed five years back, sited on 6 acres of land in Ggaba.

Meanwhile, fellow tycoon Sudir Ruparelia also faced the same challenge from nature as one of his hotel, Speke Resort Munyonyo was partly submerged in water.
