The rising water levels in and around shores the of Lake Victoria have not only affected low income earners residing near Uganda’s biggest water body but renown multi time billionaires like Ham Kiggundu and pastor Robert Kayanja have seen their swanky pads partly affected by nature’s course of action
In rather very shocking allegations spread mid last week, it was widely claimed that one of Kampala’s pompous tycoon Ham Kiggundu was having sleepless nights because part of his swanky pad located at the shores of Lake Victoria was slowly being taken over by the rising water levels.
From the pictures shared on social media it was quite evident that Ham’s flashy house had already taken in some liters of water from Lake Victoria. The pictures showed a part of his compound filled with water
Having been faced with a bad spell in the last one week, the media expected Ham to come forth and talk about the situation.
Rightly so the big man came out yesterday to speak to the public about Ramadan but unfortunately he failed to hint on issue of Lake Victoria reclaiming a part of his swanky Pad
In the one minute video recording Ham instead wished his fellow Muslims a happy Ramadan and asked God to bless every one during this difficult period
