If there was a professional course at University equipping students with techniques on how to copy and paste then renown local rapper Fik Fameica could probably have finished undertaking his PHD in the infamous field of study
The self proclaimed ‘Mafia from Kawempe’ is certainly not new to allegations of plagiarism. 2 Years back the rapper was at the center of controversy after it emerged that he had plagiarized Thitima Anthem a Kenyan gospel song for his club ‘Kutama’.
In the same period the highly rated rapper was also accused of duplicating Lethal Bizzle ft. Diztortion’s Fester Skankfor for his song ‘Pistol’ ,J Hus’ friendly for ‘Byenyenya’ and QQ’s Nuh Boring Zone for his ‘Mutuwulila’ hit.
After steadily building up a reputation of Plagiarism fans now believe the ‘Byenyenya’ hit maker might find himself in the mix of hot soup if all the artists he copied from decided to file lawsuits against him
The fear came after Fik dropped his new club banger titled ‘mukene’ only for fans to realize that he copied it from Davido’s Pere released in 2017
