Fashion guru Sylvia Awori worked on NTV’s fashion and style show for two years before she was axed in 2017.
The reason for Sylvia Awori’s axing was an internal disagreement with management. This was revealed by Sheila Gashumba who accused her of having fake content.
“When Sylvia Owori was hosting the show, she thought I was very young to work with her, however, management refused to take me off the show. She was sacked because her content couldn’t beat mine. It was generally fake,” Sheilah said.
Sheila Gashumba further hinted that Owori wanted her fired from the show but all was in vain. “Owori’s work didn’t impress the managers and they immediately asked her to leave the show after they failed to reach an agreement on the future of the show.”
Sheila Gashumba also resigned from hosting the show early this year and it is fully hosted by model Bettina Tiana.
