A shameless 45-year- old woman is in police custody after reportedly burning her biological mother to death over a land dispute.
The evil Daughter reportedly ganged up with a group of colleagues on the run and attacked her 80 -year -old frail mother identified as Sophie Nakayenga.
Nakayenga, a resident of Nakanyonyi-Bukwale village in Jinja city North Division was attacked by the group in the night while she was asleep and her house set on fire.
Preliminary findings from police indicate that the evil daughter suddenly raided the home to the deceased with a jerrycan of petrol and started a fire that killed the frail old woman.
The Kiira Region Police spokesperson Abbey Ngako says the daughter, who happens to be a key suspect in the crime currently at Jinja Central Police Station as police hunts for her accomplices.
