Over the weekend, Police arrested party animals at a sex party in Kireka, a Kampala suburb.

This kind of party had never been heard of in Uganda and this raised eyebrows with many influential figures blaming it on the moral decay in society and police negligence.

However, popular city pastor, Martin Ssempa has openly blamed the acts on the conduct of certified Kandahar vendor Bad Black.

Martin Ssempa believes the victims are students of Bad Black. “The girls who were appeared in the sex party arrest video seem to be Bad Black students because of the way they were leaking their lips, I usually see those habits from Bad Black,” he said during an interview.

He went further to condemn the acts, “This act is a very sinful deed that promotes a lot of sexual immorality among the youth. They should be punished.” he added.
