No nonsense NRM electoral commission chairman Tanga Odoi has come out and warned Kyadondo East member of parliament  Robert Kyagulanyi on plans of staging a mass political rally in Tororo district.

Tanga Odoi who has in the past made a name for being unapologetic with his views argued that both FDC’s Patrick Amuriat and NUP’s Bobi Wine have deliberately refused to follow the guidelines set by the electoral commission and have instead held mass political rallies contrary to the efforts designed to combat the spread of covid-19.

Having seen him mobilize his supporters in the districts of Bugiri and Butaleja , Tanga Odoi quickly engaged the DPC of Tororo and ordered him not to allow Bobi Wine to stage a rally in Tororo.

In a video circulating onb social media Tanga Odoi can be heard saying that if the head of state is respecting the set guideline then there is no reason why both Bobi Wine and Amuriat shouldn’t respect the law
