Outspoken Kira Municipality Member of Parliament Hon Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda yesterday night almost exchanged blows with fellow legislator and controversial Security Minister General Eli Tumwine in the Nation broadcasting studios UBC as the two gentlemen pointed fingers on who between the opposition and government officials has constantly shown signs of indiscipline.
The heated debate began when Gen Eli Tumwine arrogantly branded Semujju Nganda as an indisciplined legislator before shortly commanding him to keep quiet as he strived to pass over his points to the viewers.
Being the one not be cowed down by anything, the eloquent Semujju retaliated by assuring Tumwine that he has no powers to silence him from speaking on a TV show let alone criticizing him and the opposition for indiscipline.
”You can’t tell me to keep quiet Tumwine. You keep talking about indiscipline yet you forget that you fought with Oulanyah in Parliament.You who is disciplined why did you have to fight with the speaker live in parliament” Semujju said as the two gentle men faced off at political talk show on UBC
