In a rare move of sorts, the government has set its eyes on pinning hypocritical cops who did nothing to block the vibrant riots that happened last week.
The Minister-in-charge of the Presidency Esther Mbayo, says they have received complaints of security who sat back as Ugandans were being flogged and looted by rioting goons.
She claims these cops instead added heat to the fire by encouraging, scheming, and deliberately spiking the government.
Mbayo says the government is aware of these goons within the security circles and they will be forced to resign.
She claims the hypocritical cops watched the bloody events play out and did nothing to bring order back, which is a clear indication of fraud.
of course, you know that there are security personnel who are working against the government, we know them and we are working around the clock to work on them, so if you are working against the government then what are you, you tell us to resign, coz of course complaints have come, and these things are planned and we know how they are being planned it was an eye-opener to the government, with or without politics Uganda has to continue. Mbayo says
Over 50 people were gunned down during the riots, hundreds sustained injuries, and close to 900 arrested and scores have been injured.
