Willy Mayambala says he will not campaign again until the electoral commission reacts to the police brutality that has led to his voters being wiped out.
The cashless Independent Presidential candidate presented his letters to the EC head offices in Ntinda shortly before the arrival of Bobi wine but was denied access to the inside.
Mayambala spoke to journalists briefly outside the EC offices saying his voters’ are dying in the Bobi wine saga because of police brutal actions.
”This brutality must stop, I want to lead Ugandans not trees, and as a president, I need the Electoral commission to come out, am a president of Ugandans not trees, people are dying, My voters are dying, all those people who they are killing on Kyagulanyi saga, they are my voters, I want to lead Ugandans, not trees.”Mayambala asserted.
Mayambala has also threatened to indefinitely suspend his campaigns if the EC doesn’t change his security guards in 2 days.
He claims the EC aided guards are biased and only operate on orders from above.
