Roy Jairus Watuulo passed on Sunday 6th December 2020 at midnight, after he collapsed the previous night while in prayer.

His newlywed widow Anitah Nabuduwa panicked, her extreme joy and anticipation to enjoy her first night with hubby as a married woman was cut short by an evil hand.

Nabuduwa was officially taken as Roy’s wife just hours ago, on Saturday 5th December 2020 at Thornycroft chapel at the Uganda Christian University-UCU Mukono.

The couple was both alumni with Hubby being a son to the dean of Education and Arts faculty at UCU.

The frightened wife, whose honeymoon night had been turned into a horrible nightmare rushed her unresponsive hubby to Kapchorwa Hospital, shortly after returning home to officially serve him her delicious plate of beans.

Sadly, his clock stopped on Sunday at 12 am, a humble, calm, and brilliant agronomist as described by his loving mother, was no more.

He was working at Kawacom Uganda Limited in Kapchorwa.

Postmortem results have shown that Roy Watuulo had developed a huge blood clot on his left lung which he has perhaps been living with for some time without detection that affected his blood flow to the heart that evening.

He will be laid to rest on Wednesday 9/12/2020 at their ancestral home at Mailo 4 in Mbale-Tororo road.
