Singer Ssenabulya Yusuf aka Roden Y Kabako claims he is so much disappointed in fellow colleague Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool for not honoring his invite and turn up for his introduction ceremony.
Last Week on Thursday, Kabako got introduced by lover Jazira Namuddu to her parents. Prior to the Kwanjula ceremony, Kabaka made sure that he delivers invitation cards to people he wanted to attend.
The Majje Ga’kutaka star says he drove to Bobi Wine’s home in Magere and also to Kiwatule-Ntida where Bebe Cool stays and delivered invitation cards to the respective artists, with hopes that the pair would attend the ceremony.
However Bobi Wine and Bebe Cool refused to show up. It’s only the likes of King Saha Sheebah, Lydia Jazimine, Ffefe Bussi among others who were in attendance.
Bobi Wine later on took to his Facebook page and congratulated the couple.
But according to Kabako it is only Bebe Cool’s snub that really made him feel disappointed since the Gagamel Chief and his wife Jazira are are clan-mates. In an interview with a local TV station, Kabako ranted;
“There are some people whom we call big in Uganda, I gave them my invitation cards but they never came to my ceremony. I thank Hon Kyagulanyi for sending Hon Muwanga Kivumbi to attend on his behalf Mr Kyagulanyi thank you I received the “Bubaka” from Hon Muwanga, for you Bebe Cool I didn’t see your “Bubaka” I paid my time, I wasted my fuel and drove to your Home to deliver the invitation card to you but you never showed up yet you know my wife and you are clan-mates meaning it was a family function. Thank you for receiving the card and indeed thank you for not coming, I wish you the best because I know one day I will attend your wedding ceremony because am mow your family member being that my wife and you are clan-mates- Kabakko”, he poured out his frustration.
