Kato Lubwama claims that Bobi Wine is a renown champ who has gained from begging game both locally and internationally

Singer Bobi Wine is has faced backlash from fellow colleagues for reducing them to beggars. Bobi Wine through his Facebook and Twitter acounts criticized a section of musicians for dealing with Sevo’s kid bro Gen. Salim Saleh.

He claimed that Gen. Saleh has no business to do with the arts industry since he is just a Military man. He claimed that artists who went to Gulu to meet him are just greedy beggars and sell outs.

In his rant Bobi blamed Gen. Saleh for ruining the entertainment industry using his deep pockets and divide and rule. He cautioned artists against worship the same person who has made them broke!

“It is very sad to see that the very person who destroyed the music industry has finally been able to make artistes bow down in humiliation to worship him. Oh what a shame!” Bobi’s statement read in part.

However, Bobi’s rant has not gone down well with a section of big artists like Bebe Cool and former MP Kato Lubwama. These two have since taken the matter into their own hands and responded to him.

Through his Facebook page, Bebe claimed that the former Kyadondo East MP only wanted to use that chance to attack his lifetime music rival, Jose Chameleone who happened to be among the artists who dined with Saleh in Gulu.

“I know you have always seen artists meet General Saleh but you chose to post negatively this time because it was not just artists meeting general Saleh but rather Dr Jose Chameleone who is your direct lifetime music competitor”, Bebe partly noted. He also added that Bobi Wine’s begging skills are on international level.

Kato Lubwama on the other side alleges that Bobi Wine is a renown beggar who has gained from that game both on national and international levels. While appearing on BBS TV today morning, Katto Lubwama alleged that Gen. Saleh gave the former presidential aspirant Billions of cash to fund his political career.

He cautioned the Kyarenga hit star to go slow on belittling artists who are not against him.

“…We have not had any problem in supporting you all through but demeaning musician wasn’t called for. You are slao a beggar who received UGX 10 Billions from Museveni courtesy of your remarkable begging skills. You are now a very rich man flying in and out frequently to Boston to check on your businesses. Please spare us and organize the entertainment industry”, Lubwama said.

Bobi Wine is yet to respond to Kato Lubwama’s allegations but we shall keep you posted!
