Even after 11 years of legal love story, the love and affection between Bobi Wine and bae, Barbie Itungo Kyagulanyi is still hard.

So often, Barbie and Bobi Wine have expressed their love for each other publicly and on social media, leaving their online in-laws fired up with envy and inspired.

This was the case on Sunday as the stunning mother of four took to her Facebook page and penned down sort of a reminding note to hubby that she misses his warm hugs and tender touches.

Barbie also showered him with praises, thanking him for his unconditional love that he has rendered to her over the years.

“For the companionship, the warm hugs, the fun days, the shoulder to lean on, the life lessons, the ever growing love and the patience. I’m grateful to you my comrade honey,” wrote Barbie Kyagulanyi on Facebook.

Seemingly touched by wife’s strong message, the National Unity Platform strongman rushed to the comment section and commented.

“Balitunyumyaako nti “omuyaaye yayagala omwana wa munne walai”.

Bobi is currently away in Europe to fine-tune his political mission.

After living together for over ten years, the power couple tied knots in August at Rubaga Cathedral then later, the NUP president and wife hosted their guests to a reception at Serena hotel. It was pomp and glamour as the wedding attracted people from all walks of life.

In an interview with New Vision in 2011, Barbie revealed that she met Bobi Wine while she was still in High School.

“It was around November 2000 at the National Theatre. I was still at Bweranyangi Girls School and we were both acting in a play in which I was first lady and he was a president. He would escort me home and we would chat a lot. We soon grew close.” She said it took about 7 months to fall for the former MP.

In the same interview the Founder and executive director of Caring Hearts Uganda– a charity organisation further revealed that Bobi was his first cut.

“Was he your first cut?” an interviewer asked her and she replied;

“Yes he was my first cut. I had never been in a relationship with anyone before him”.
