Celebrated angelic-voiced star Rema Namakula successfully dropped the tot yesterday and it was apparently a Normal delivery, not C-section delivery, this website understands.
For starters, Caesarean section, also known as C-section, or caesarean delivery, is the surgical procedure by which one or more babies are delivered through an incision in the mother’s abdomen, often performed because vaginal delivery would put the baby or mother at risk.
After Rema broke the good news via her social media platforms that she and hubby, Hamza Ssebunya are new parents, a section of online in-laws started telling the world how the stunning singer went through surgical procedures to welcome their bundle of joy.
However, an inside source rather tips us that the normal delivery process was as smooth as the new Kampala-Entebbe express HighWay and that no sharp knife was needed to get the job done.
“…forget the rumor, there was nothing like a C-section delivery. It was a normal one. Actually both the mother and baby are in good health, Alhamdulillah,” an insider revealed to us before adding;
“The couple is wallowing in the happiness of a new bundle of joy, celebrating the new addition to the family. just be happy for them too.”
The baby has been named Aaliyah Ssebunya, according to the ‘Loco’ hit maker’s social media post.
Prior to the news most well-wishers had been anticipating, Rema shared pictures of her baby bump, a beautiful black and white shot that got the fans’ excitement a notch higher.
Aaliyah is Rema’s second child. She had her first kid, Aamal Musuuza with multi-award winning superstar Eddy Kenzo during their 6-year-steamy romps.

She broke up with Eddy Kenzo in 2019 and shortly after, she moved on with Dr. Hamza Ssebunya. Rema introduced Hamza to her parents the same year and since then the couple has been living under the same roof.
Congrats to the Ssebunyas!
