Due to competitive nature of the Uganda entertainment industry, up and coming artists find it very hard to breakthrough. They craft unique sounds but still to get the much needed airplay is a hard nut to crack.

This can be attributed to lack of experience, connections in the industry and of course being underrated by the stakeholders. These are some of the problems that have seemingly derailed promising star Sydney Mcee’s music career. Nonetheless, the talented chap is determined to make things happen.

Masuuka is a Luganda word which means bedsheets! Sydney Mcee impresses on the beautifully produced dance hall beat which can make you dance effortlessly.

“Tuchakala buchakazi, tudigida budizi ffe tubugumya masuuka”, he chants as he commands part animals to hit the dancing floor.

Masuuka was produced by famed beat maker Nessim of Shot Gun Studios.
