On Saturday, December 11, Cindy Sanyu aka ‘The King herself’ tied the knot with Joel Prynce Atiku Okuyo at St. Stephen’s Church in Kisugu, Kampala.
The lovebirds, who share a baby, later served their guests at Extreme Adventure in Busiika, Wakiso district.
Surprisingly only two artists Daniel Kazibwe aka Ragga Dee and Josephine Mugerwa aka Phina Masanyalaze were invited.
A few fingers pointed at Cindy and her hubby for being so economical that they even had to opt for cheaper decor and attire.

Others, however, noted that she has stepped on several toes as the UMA president and that she has few friends in the industry.
Cindy, during her wedding speech, noted that there were few musicians because they were not invited for the function.
When asked why she didn’t invite her fellow artists, The King herself said; ‘Before becoming a wife, she used to associate with ‘slay queens’ and musicians who were not adding anything to her.’
She thanked her husband for always believing in her, saying he was the missing piece in her life.
Before bonking with Joel Atiku, Cindy had a previous relationship with a Zungu, Mario, which collapsed. She noted in a blockbuster interview that Mario never believed in legal marriage but rather bonked on credit.
According to her, that was the last nail in the coffin and boom, they parted ways. Their steamy romps resulted in a beautiful baby gal, who lives with the singer.
Cindy moved on and hooked up with Ken Muyisa, a loaded socialite and footballer who used to ply his trade in South Africa.
She and Ken painted the dusty streets of Kampala red, bonking home and away with hopes of securing their future but their entanglement flopped after just one year.
