Katrina Sarah Ssangalyambogo is not your usual princess…and she has never been afraid to show the other side of her, regardless of the bantering she receives on social media.

Y’all remember when she set social media ablaze when she confessed in a TikTok video, which went viral, that she doesn’t know how to speak Luganda accurately but that got nothing on her mad vibe. She spoke a smattering of the Queen’s language and Luganda in a laughable accent.

In a typical hilarious-go-lucky fashion, the bubbly Ssangalyambogo filmed herself saying: “My Luganda is not Lugandaring very well naye we are outsideeee, tuli waweeruu,” she excitedly said, a statement which would later cause a massive debate amongst Kabaka’s bazzukulu, with a big section, skinning her and leaving her for dead.

However, like Eddy Kenzo sings, “Life wekuwa lemon, nga okola lemonade,” ‘Tuli waweeruuu’ has since become a famous line used by party goers as they step out to have fun. Except for the backlash, the 21-year-old sassy princess of Buganda Kingdom has also had her legion of followers increase tenfold.

The distasteful comments on social media have somewhat, instead, awakened the beast in the daughter of Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi and Nabagereka, as she has continued to do her thing, regardless of a bitter taste she leaves in the mouth of the royal subjects.

Clearly, Ssangalyambogo is not willing to bow down to a certain clique of individuals, who apparently expect her to be in the palace and sashaying in long dresses, without catching the youthful vibe. She ain’t that type! Presumably, if there’s anything that irritates her, it is kowtowing to royal protocol!

The UK-based Buganda Princess has yet again posted another video- but this time around- dancing like a video vixen. Donning a black jumper and black designer shades, her long plaited hair dangling down the chest, Katrina Ssangalyambogo understands the assignment as she dances ‘Paka chini’ dance, often throwing her legs apart in marching leggings, which accentuate her curves.
