The long arm of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations has entered into matters concerning an erotic viral video of students lap dancing in a school bus belonging to Midland High School.

The nasty scenes captured on the right side of the bus show female students on the laps of their male colleagues whining their waists, with the back side sitting on them, as if there is no tomorrow. The video has since drawn wide spread criticism from the public over the inappropriate sexual behaviors of learners in the public eye.

Uganda Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga says it has been established that the bus was transporting students of Lubiri High School on June 10 to an Agricultural show in Jinja in the hired bus.

Enanga says security forces headed by the Commissioner of the sexual and gender based violence department at CID, child and family protection unit of police and ICT departments to investigate the incident before any course of action is taken.

Enanga questions how the school management at Lubiri allowed students display sexual scenes in broad day light without supervision.

“It is during the trip that some students were caught on camera getting naughty, including very appropriate sexual behaviors by male and female students who had paired up.  Such incident practices and behaviors have a potential of impairing morals of other students promoting acts of gross indiscipline in schools and our society.” Says Enanga

Enanga says they are yet to establish who from the school administration accompanied the naughty learners on the wild trip.

“Whether the protocols of safety and security of students was followed, who organized the field tour and the list of students who traveled, if some students were exploited by others on the bus,” he adds

The police spokesperson says that it is after all the above has been established that security forces will decide on the next course of action.

“We shall see the most appropriate action to be taken against culprits, The question is how did the incident occur on a school bus without knowledge of the staff or the driver,” he says

Lubiri High School has since admitted to its students lap dancing dancing in the Midland High School bus .In a letter dated June 12, the management of Lubiri High confirmed that their students did bad manners in uniform while on a school trip.

“The students on board belong to our school. They had gone for an Agricultural Show to Jinja,” the letter reads in part.
