In his latest interview with a local TV station, Bobi Wine has told his critics to cut him and Barbie Kyagulanyi some slack and back off because he will continue making merry with his stunning wife.
Of late, Bobi Wine has been battered by struggle mates for flying out of the country frequently with Barbie to ‘eat money’ on baecation. Photos of himself with his partner in passion, Barbie, have always left a bad taste in the mouth of some social media users.
Critics claim that his posting of “lavish” photos while on holiday with his wife shows he’s unbothered about the “struggle” and his suffering supporters.
However, the National Unity Platform (NUP) honcho retorted and argued that he does not do things based on the interests of his critics.
According to the 40-year-old politician, he had a life before he dreamed of tickling the leopard’s an*s.
“Fighting for the issues of the majority of Ugandans does not mean that I should do away with my personal life. I always find time for my family,” Bobi roared.
He further explained that the majority of those criticising his private lifestyle are regime apologists.
“But they forget that Museveni married his wife during his struggle against Amin. They also gave birth to Muhoozi Kainerugaba during the struggle,” he said.
Bobi Wine vowed to continue enjoying his private lifestyle as his choice of joining the “struggle” would not take away his freedom of having fun with his family.
