UK based Ugandan born blogger Rita Kaggwa, claims that she is ‘British and cannot be tried in Uganda’, after serving jail.
Ritah Kaggwa, a renowned cyber warmonger, was detained at Central Police Station ( CPS) on Saturday for allegedly attacking and disclosing her nemesis, Senga Acid’s HIV status.
Ritah, her hubby, and kids were accosted by Afande Ochola’s ruthless men in uniform, who led them to police for questioning.
Her arrest spread on social media, with several other nemesis such as Bad Black and Zari Hassan, celebrating the news.
However, the blogger later took to snapchat to clarify. Kaggwa claimed she had no idea why she had been put behind bars. She also revealed that the British High commission in Uganda had been helpful as her arrest was a case of mistaken identity.
“We are here at the police station. I am extremely safe. The British High commission has checked in and cleared me. I can’t say we were arrested. We were just besieged and taken for questioning,” she said on snapchat.
We later learnt that she had been granted bail.
On Thursday, she reported back to CPS and Police officially cleared her. Guess what? The chubby blogger is out here celebrating and rubbing salt in all those who wished her to rot in jail, including the one that had her arrested.
Taking to Snapchat, Ritah Kaggwa wrote; “State case myee! Lol, nfaaa enseko. British vs Asylum seeker! It’s the confidence and entitlement for me! Samll books one side! Go back to school the whole crew! Learn territorial jurisdiction. Maama British abatumide! We move with immunity,” she bragged.
“Even the director of public prosecution must have laughed at the entire file before he closed it this evening after police chewed your child benefit you’re spending on me you lousy neck wrinkled old cargo! No learned friend in your crew could advise you that automatically it becomes a state case nga owaabye? I reminded you severally that I can’t be tried here because I am a BRITISH not Ugandan and I have a clean record in the UK!” She revealed.
